This Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is between the Seller ("Seller") and the purchasing user ("Customer", "you") for subscription access to GoClawGo.com.
A digital, hosted subscription service providing access to the GoClawGo panel and AI agent capabilities, with plan-based usage limits and credits.
VAT may be added as required.
VAT may be exempt where legally valid and where the buyer has no intent to use the Service in Türkiye. You represent that your tax/VAT position is accurate.
Seller may choose to show prices inclusive or exclusive of VAT depending on configuration.
The Service is typically activated within minutes after successful payment. By completing purchase, you request immediate performance (service activation) where technically possible.
For consumers under Turkish distance sales rules, if you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge loss of withdrawal rights for fully performed digital services, you may lose the standard withdrawal right to the extent permitted by law.
Monthly
You can cancel before the next renewal to avoid future charges.
Annual
You can cancel to stop renewal; access continues until end of the paid annual period unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Cancellation stops future billing; it does not automatically create a refund right (see Refund Policy).
The Service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or external provider issues. Seller does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
If you initiate a chargeback without a valid basis, Seller may suspend your account, restrict access, and dispute the chargeback. Seller may provide logs and proof of delivery/activation to payment networks.
This Agreement works together with the Terms and Refund Policy. If there is conflict, the more specific policy controls (Refund Policy for refunds, Privacy for data, Terms for platform rules).
These policies apply to GoClawGo.com, operated by ErkinTek as the legal entity of the seller (Antalya, Turkey).
