Terms of Service

GoClawGo provides access to a hosted AI agent experience ("ClawBot") through a web panel and optional Telegram integration. The Service includes usage limits, credits, integrations, and plan-based performance options.

You may use the Service only if you can legally enter a binding agreement under your local law.

You are responsible for:

• •All activity on your account
• •Maintaining confidentiality of credentials
• •Ensuring your environment and devices are secure

You agree not to:

• •Break the law or help others break the law
• •Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or bypass limits
• •Upload malware, exploit vulnerabilities, or interfere with operations
• •Use the Service for harassment, hate, or illegal content
• •Use the Service to make high-risk decisions without qualified professional review

We may remove content, block requests, or suspend accounts to protect the Service and users.

The Service provides AI-generated outputs. You agree and understand:

• •Outputs may be wrong, incomplete, biased, or misleading
• •The Service is informational / assistive only
• •The Service is not legal, medical, financial, or professional advice
• •You must use independent judgment and, when appropriate, consult a professional
• •You are solely responsible for how you use outputs and for any actions you take

Parts of the Service rely on third-party providers. We are not responsible for:

• •Third-party outages, changes, or pricing
• •Their policies or conduct
• •Limits or restrictions they impose

Telegram is optional; if you use it, you agree that Telegram's own terms and privacy rules apply.

Plans may include usage limits and "process credits." We may:

• •Enforce limits to protect performance and fairness
• •Change how credits are measured to prevent abuse
• •Throttle or restrict excessive or harmful usage

Unused credits are not cash and have no monetary value.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, including features, models, limits, and pricing, subject to mandatory law and your active subscription terms.

We own the Service, including code, design, and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription, subject to these Terms.

You retain rights to your User Content. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide license to host, process, and use it to provide, secure, and improve the Service, including analytics and model/system improvement, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate laws or rights of others.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• •We reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or security threats
• •Required by law or to protect the Service

You may stop using the Service at any time. Subscription cancellation rules are in the Sales Agreement and Refund Policy.

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from:

• •Your content
• •Your violation of law or these Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms by posting a new version. Continued use means acceptance. If changes materially reduce your rights, we may provide additional notice as required by law.
